He has criticised the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, calling it a "bloodless political genocide of citizenship" and expressing concern that eligible voters could lose their voting rights. The People Against SIR alliance is demanding that the exercise be scrapped and deleted voters' names be restored.
